No Flyers Please

If you would like to eliminate flyers, menus and circulars from being distributed to your home, you can request your address be added to the City of Philadelphia ���s circular non-delivery list. Below are instructions to request the form online.

1. Go to Phila.gov website
2. On the sidebar under Departments select License & Inspection
3. On the L & I site select Services page
4. On the services page select Certificates
5. On the certificates page sidebar select Other certificates
6. The page will open to the Circular Non-delivery form
7. Complete and mail to L & I
8. A decal will come in the mail to be posted on your home
9. If flyers are left after the decal is posted
   1. Violator receives a warning
   2. Repeat offenders are fined $100 for each reported offense
