Dumpers Beware. Our communities are not free dump sites. Keep Philadelphia Beautiful has joined forces with the Philadelphia Department of Streets, the Urban Industry Initiative and the District Attorney’s Office to combat the issue of legal dumping. With the use of mobile surveillance cameras, community reporting and commercial nuisance enforcement, dumpers will be challenged to do the right thing and not dump in our City.
