The second half of this event will include an interactive component where you will have the opportunity to stop by several stations and learn about local resources and opportunities — whether it be to make or do something, using easy-to-find or reusable resources, and becoming more involved with nonprofit organizations.
Participants will learn about a variety of sustainable practices and policies taking place in Philadelphia. The evening will feature experts from various sectors highlighting success stories of sustainable practices, such as composting. Participants will learn how to moderate consumption, engage in wiser use and reuse of resources, and take environmental action.
