We believe change starts with Philadelphia’s youth-that’s why we’re committed to educating the next generation of Philadelphians about the importance of environmental stewardship and civic engagement.
Thanks to our devoted environmental educators, and in partnership with the Green Futures team at the School District of Philadelphia, we offer no-cost in-classroom workshops on litter, recycling, and waste reduction for K-8 students. These presentations encourage students to think about the consequences of how they manage their trash, how their actions affect the school and community, and what they can do to make a difference and take action.
APPLICATIONS FOR K-8 2019-2020 CLASSROOM PRESENTATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!
